About Lucas Grant

Always one to carve his own path, Lucas explored a variety of careers before taking the leap to launch Time To Get Personal in 2016.  He excelled in customer service and sales positions and began building a body of freelance business and marketing work, as well as serving clients with personal and family management needs. 

Throughout these experiences, Lucas began to see a common pattern emerging: he found himself most fulfilled and engaged when he was tasked with a variety of challenging situations that allowed him to showcase his abilities to connect with people, prioritize, problem solve and address whatever need existed. Never one to shy away from chaos, Lucas found he thrives in demanding, time-sensitive environments. His versatile skill set allows him to execute the task at hand whether it’s a market research project for a business executive, calendar management for a large, active family, or ‘day of’ coordination for an upscale wedding. 

Starting Time to Get Personal allowed Lucas to design a business that merged his ability to provide valuable services to his clients with affording him the flexibility and versatility he desired.  Lucas knew that the personal assistant industry was saturated with people willing and able to complete tasks in a virtual setting; however, he felt he best served his clients once he was able to develop relationships with them, earn their trust and better understand how to meet their unique needs. For him, it’s personal.

 

About Payton Tyree

At first glance, it might be easy to assume that Payton’s friendly, energetic and positive nature tell the full story of what she has to offer the Time to Get Personal team. In reality, her substantial experience as a family manager reveals a vast array of skills and attributes necessary for the efficient operation of both household and business-related responsibilities. 

Payton’s early experience with AmeriCorps left her determined to find a way to parlay her compassion for people and her high level organizational and task-management skills to a career that would prove both challenging and fulfilling. She is that unique individual who can seamlessly integrate her core desire to help and nurture with a keen administrative acumen that enables her to lead and delegate employees to provide the best possible outcome for the client. Her professionalism and dedication are evident no matter the nature of the service she is providing. 

About Morgan Grant

Morgan brings a wealth of customer service experience to the Time To Get Personal team. Morgan earned an Associate’s Degree in Digital Media from the University of Cincinnati, and it was there she honed her skills using the Adobe Creative Cloud platform.

While most of her experience has been in fast-paced, client-facing environments, Morgan is equally comfortable behind the scenes using various forms of social media to promote and inform.

Morgan loves a challenge and is at her best when faced with a problem to solve. She is ready to tackle all of your administrative and social media needs.
